Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders over $75

Custom Printed-to-Order Timeline

Every piece is printed-to-order just for you! This model eliminates excess retail waste and ensures your gear is made with purpose.

Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 3–5 business days after production
Total: most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase.

Allow extra time for Alaska and Hawaii.
Busy Holiday seasons may increase production and delivery times.

Shipping outside the US: I'm working to update shipping outside of the country, but for now I can only ship within the US.

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your package is printed, packed, and tracking is generated, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Missing or Lost Packages:

If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven't seen your package, please give it 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan things early) and check with neighbors. If it still hasn't shown up, reach out via the contact form or email us directly at hello@roguepetalco.com and we will help you track it down or find a solution.

Shipping Carriers:

Domestic Orders (US): Because I work with a few different independent printing partners across the country, they select the most efficient and reliable courier based on your location.

International Orders: TBA

Please note: Because different items are sometimes crafted by different specialized printing partners, your order might occasionally ship in separate packages. I always try to minimize this, but if it happens, don't worry! You will receive tracking updates via email for every single package the moment it heads your way.
